Hi I’m Anna, welcome to my website.
I am passionate about helping others to feel good and achieve maximum health in both the mind and the body.
The modalities I am qualified to use are; Pilates, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and The Franklin Method.
With the use of these effective mind and body tools I have found solutions to my own body and mind issues and I am confident to help you to improve your wellbeing and maximise your potential in mind and body
I have undergone rigorous training in each discipline and am dedicated to ongoing training in order to provide the best in current research in these areas.
I love to work with people in a relaxed and friendly way. I am empathetic teacher and diligent in supporting your needs.

THE FRANKLIN METHOD
Pilates is an exercise system that combines stretching and strengthening of the whole body.
The emphasis in Pilates is on moving in a mindful way, at a level we are able to maintain good awareness and control.
Therefore Pilates is a safe form of exercises that will not strain the body.
A beginner can quickly progress and gain confidence in their movement through working with a qualified teacher.
Benefits of Pilates include, developing core strength and improved posture, less pain and injury and improved performance/enjoyment in sports and daily activities.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of personal coaching with light hypnosis.
Solution focused hypnotherapy has at it basis the latest findings of neuroscience and an understanding of how our brain works.
Sessions are centred around identifying your own personal skills and resources and utilising these to make any positive changes that you wish to make in life.

Through the Franklin Method you will learn about the design of the body in a student centred way that incorporates, imagery - what we visualise during movement, touch - such as using our hands or props such as small balls, and movement exercises.
