FRANKLIN
METHOD
The Franklin Method is a great way of learning about the design of our body and improving our ability to feel and make changes to the way we move and experience our body.

Developed by Eric Franklin, this technique explores the benefits of the mind–body connection by teaching evolutionary design, imagery (what we are picturing during movement), and the dynamic movement of bones, muscles and organs in relationship to each other.
Understanding how the body is designed to move helps to enhance function, release tension, improve balance, coordination and strength, and develops awareness that you can take into all aspects of your life!
Some of the benefits of the Franklin Method include:
• Easeful movement of limbs and joints
• Reduction of pain and discomfort
• Increased body awareness
• Improved balance and coordination
• Better relationship with gravity
• Tension release
I combine Franklin Method with Pilates in my group classes and private sessions to aid you in working towards your personal goals.
I also offer a variety of workshops to explore the movement in different areas of the body.
